Sales Manager - Real Estate
***ATTENTION: This is an ON-SITE role in Edmonton, AB. Candidates must be able to relocate if outside of province or not near the site to be able to commute as required.
Full-time, Permanent, 8-hour shift Monday to Friday, Overtime and weekends may be required***

We are searching for an experienced Sales Manager - Real Estate to join their team in Edmonton, Alberta. The successful candidate will have previous experience in leading a real estate sales team. Experience in the launch of a new development is preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities.
- Work with marketing team to prepare marketing materials, floorplans, pricelists and e-blasts
- Create innovative sales strategies, manage sales and marketing campaigns
- Develop and launch public relation events, monitor performance and report on progress
- Close sales with Agreements of Purchase and Sale
- Create customer CRM database, provide superior customer service and ongoing follow-up
- Delegate tasks and direct support staff
- Work with consultants
- Prepare agendas, schedule meetings, create minutes and prepare reports
Qualifications & Skills.
- Minimum of ten (10) years' experience in a sales position, preferably within the midrise/low rise residential condominium building industry
- Experience in new development real estate sales coordination and administration preferable
- Able to understand project schedules
- University/College degree/diploma desirable
- Strong sales skills, able to improve productivity by managing day to day sales activities
- Understanding of architectural drawings, industry trends and regulations
- Strong communication skills, knowledge of MS Office
- Self-motivated with organizational, time management, leadership and problem-solving skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Valid driver's license
- Proficiency in Mandarin desirable
